Staying Organized
Online Bookmarking of Favorites
One of the easiest ways for teachers to improve productivity is to organize their web bookmarks, and to have them available from any computer at home, work and around the globe. To do that we suggest using an online resource called Delicious.
Delicious is a FREE bookmarking service that allows users to tag or categorize, manage and share web pages. With Delicious you can bookmark any site on the Internet and get to anywhere you have a computer and Internet access. By placing your bookmarks online you will eliminate the need to remember what you saved at work or home. They will all be in one place and easily accessed or added to. Bookmarks may either be marked public or private depending if you want others to view them. This benefit means that you can share your favorite bookmarks with your peers and students.
Another nice feature of Delicious is the ability to add tags to your bookmarks. Tags are words that help categorize you bookmarks. Another feature Delicious offers is called Tag Bundles. Think of Tag Bundles as folders where bookmarks that have tags you designate will be grouped.
Watch the following video for an overview of Delicious. You could have Delicious open in a separate browser and have it ready. While you play the video and pause it, you can try out each feature.

Doodle - Meeting Organizer
When you work with others and want to set a date to get together or meet, does it become cumbersome to get all your calendars coordinated?
Are you trying to make a decision based on input from others? Doodle can help you out, and it's free.
You can schedule an event, create a poll, invite others, and follow the polling results online. There is a short video file and a handout that you can download as well. http://doodle.com

drop.io
Drop.io is an online private sharing and real-time collaboration service that is designed to be simple. It allows users to create online sharing points called 'drops' that are used for uploading and sharing documents, images, video, audio, and other digital content without accounts, registration or e-mail addresses.
Users send in files (documents, images, videos, audio files, archives, and more) via various methods (web, mms, email, phone and fax) into their 'drops.' Once in the drops, users can view their content and move it out via the web, email, mms, and fax.
