There's no software to download, and all your work is stored safely online and can be accessed from any computer.

Adobe® Buzzword® like Google Docs is a new online word processor. It is a great tool for writing reports, proposals, and anything else you need to access online, or work on with others. It works like your normal desktop word processor, but it operates inside a web browser, so there's no installation or download required. Adobe Buzzword does basically the same thing as Google Docs. Buzzword is also FREE!

Google Docs Forms is one of the easiest way to create surveys. The surveys are easy to deliver with a URL you can email or post online or you can use HTML code to embed the survey into another site such as a learning management system (e.g. Moodle), a blog, or wiki. Start with Google Docs Forms by going to: http://docs.google.com and create an account or login. Once in the Google Docs application, under the Create New menu, select Form.
